Dr. Sam Saker

President of Consultants of Hospitality Administrators CHA International

Dr. Saker's field related education, complements his Thirty three years of responsible and progressive experience in the Hospitality Industry including 20 years in the United States of America, fourteen years of which as a General Manager with Holiday Corporation, Forte Hotels International and most recent with Marriott Hotels, Resorts and Suites. In 1998, as the president and partner, Dr. Saker established (and responsible for) the continued development and growth of CHA International "Consultants of Hospitality Administrators" Company, through his alert base of Total Quality Management (TQM) implementation while serving the Hotel and Hospitality Industry Worldwide.

Being   President, and Partner of CHA-International, Dr. Saker has expanded to from Egypt's Offices to the Dubai Media City office, UAE in 2002. In 2004 the USA, California office was launched, Then the Stuttgart Germany and Maldives offices in March 2006. The Doha, Qatar office was announced in December 2006. in 2007 the Berlin office was launched, followed by Shanghai, China, Seattle Washington, Cancun, Mexico, Ontario Canada and Las Vegas Nevada. The annual Middle East & North Africa (MENA) Travel Awards event is just another prove of Dr. Saker's commitment to Hospitality Industry and passion for its cause. Organized by Dr. Saker the Oscar like event is held every May at Al; Bustan Rotana in Dubai along side with the Arab Travel Market trade show (ATM)

As a Certified Hotel Administrator by Educational Institute of the American Hotel and Motel Association, Dr. Saker is an individual who is notorious "to make a true difference".  Dr. Saker received his B.Sc. in Administration / Accounting from Egypt, and achieved his MBA degree courses, focusing on International Marketing, from U.S.I.U. "United States International University", in San Diego.   In addition, over the years, he received an extensive amount of industry related educational courses and programs as well as Certifications from various industry and management institutes, including Cornell University, Holiday Inn University, Dale Carnegie, UCLA, AH&MA-EI, and California Restaurant Association. In June of 2002 he attained, with honour, his Ph.D in Hotel Management from Parkwood University (division of USIU).

Nergis Meurer


Mrs. Nergis Meurer was born in Turkey ?where east meets west?, in Bursa which is in the northwest region of the country. Just after she got her degree in Business Administration in her homeland she traveled to England where she got her degree in English.
Her impressive career in the hospitality business started when she was a university student in London and then became her main profession when she returned home. Nergis has worked her way up from being a ?receptionist to a position of Director of Sales at the Celik Palas then managed by an international chain.
Nergis has vast experience in Front Office operations, Sales and Marketing and media relations as part of her hotel experience. Her exposure to human resources and employment side of the business started when she was training and nurturing her own team when it was growing bigger and bigger alongside with the hotel?s, then new strategies. She personally conducted English classes and various sales trainings within her department. Nergis later on joined her HR colleagues in supporting local tourism schools both high and college levels, by giving seminars and even at some stage she took up full time teaching in one of the hotel schools. This was when Nergis discovered her next step, having achieved great deal in her own field, would be to serve the backbone of the service and hospitality industry: the human factor! Nergis spent 2 years in Egypt where she met the team of the Globe?s Finest Executive Search Firm, CHA International.

Chawky El Guanaini

Started with bank of Alexandria (Ex. Barclays Bank0 joined NCR as programmer in 1970, then joined Meridien Cairo (opening 1973) Jeddah as Asst. Financial Controller (opening) , Abu Dhabi as financial controller, followed by Sheraton Abu Dhabi for 11 years. After 16 years in the Gulf I returned to Egypt and worked in the Red Sea for Accor, Coral Bay , coral Beach (Rotana) as Area Financial Controller. He is now Full time consultant with CHA international Since January 2002 to present.

Eglal Amin



Ms. Eglal Amin graduated in The Faculty of Arts - European Studies' Dept. (Greek & Latin) , as well as a Degree in Business Administration from the American University in Cairo. She also received a Pre-Toefl Certificate from the American University in Cairo.

She got diversified experiences in Tourism and hospitality fields. In April 2007, Eglal joined CHA International Family as a Corporate  Administrative Assistant then she was promoted to Asst. Mayada Al-Khateeb



Miss Mayada Al-Khateeb is a Lebanese graduate of the American University of Beirut. Moreover, she got her IATA Diploma in Airline Studies in year 2000, after completing 4 self-teach courses (Airline Finance & Accounting Management, Customer Service, Airline Marketing and Airline Station Management: exams taken in Geneva & Dubai). She worked in diversified fields and practiced her hobby of studying a bunch of languages at language cultural centers in Beirut. She followed her dream of wanting to be in Egypt and continued her career path in Sinai Peninsula ... by working for Baron Resort Sharm El-Sheikh as the "Executive Secretary". Mayada expanded her scope of knowledge by working for a while in Dubai, U.A.E. .....and finally landed in Cairo to join CHA family as an Assistant Consultant. Khaled Hemdan



Born In Cairo (Egypt); Khaled studied Business Administration; He is skillful enough to serve, reverentially, all of your recruitments and placements requirements: Khaled joins our team with a vast experience of working directly with people in diverse professional setting. Ideally, this position will allow him the opportunity to utilize his experience gained as Assistant Operation Manager with Gold's Gym Egypt. In this capacity, he co-managed this flagship store in all relations, sales generation and reporting, workflow management, staff training and supervision, and problem resolution. Additional experience includes Owned & Managing a Restaurant and, lately as Operation Manager in the field of Stock Market and a small business Owner. In this position, he has succeeded in positioning clients through coordination of unique relations opportunities. Ghada Salah El Dine



Graduated of the "Faculty of Home Economics – Food & Nutrition Science section", and as well holds the Certified Manager Diploma from "James Madison Business School" – USA.
Vast F&B experiences; starting at Food & Beverage Department at the Mena House Oberoi , Cairo- Egypt and while she progressed with her career path, followed by the Conrad Hilton culture as Banqueting Manager at the prestigious Katameya Heights Golf & Tennis Resort – (Managed by Hilton International).
Another Highlight of Ghada’s Successful Career Path was holding the title of Food & Beverage Manager at the Cairo’s Land Mark / Icon / tourist attraction "The Cairo Tower" – while fully in charge of the massive F&B operations she managed the re-opening (renovations) - and acquired the 5 stars certificate for the tower as a first time since its opening, thus and so, enrolled the Tower in the famous (Towers of the World Organization)

More than 25 years of progressive work-related experience in various Architectural disciplines including architectural design, construction supervision, budgeting and contracting, with demonstrated technical proficiency and specialization in hotels industry for the last 15 years. Experience in full on-site construction management and land development; effectively schedule, monitor, and inspect all work from start to customer orientation. Osama Wagdy



Osama is an Egyptian National graduated from Cairo University in 1978.A seasoned Hospitality Professional started his Career 36 years ago joining the Jolie Ville Mövenpick Pyramids Hotel, Egypt, in 1980 at the Front Office, followed by progressive Hospitality career path with international hotel chains Ramada Renaissance, Accor, Mövenpick, Safir Hotels & the hotel group JAZ hotels &Resorts (Iberotel & Solymar).
He has joined several hotels pre-opening teams in and out of Egypt; Osama has held and progressed career positions from Front Office Manager, Rooms Division Manager, and Director of Sales & Marketing, Executive Assistant Manager, Resident Manager, Hotels Operation Manager and lastly to Hotel General Manager.
In additional to his vast experience in the industry, Osama has received an extensive training, educational courses and Certifications from various related Educational institutes and associations including (Master Certificate) from Cornell University; (CHDT) & (CHS) from the American Hotel& Lodging Association (AHLA) Educational Institute, Lead Auditor Food safety Course Moody International, HACCP study& implementation achieving Golden plaque, Environmental Green Hotels, Customer care, Corporate Management (AOTS) Tokyo – Japan…and much more

Ms. Inas El Mallah



Graduated from AUC Computer Science Department, Major Cobol Programing. Joined the field of Consructions with Cairo South Power Station and El Koriemat Power Station Projects. Started the Human Resources career from the banking sector with Credit Agricole Indosuez Bank then to the Hospitality field to become an office administration professional with many years of rich work experience in Human Resources Management fields.
Have the main role being to provide HR support, guidance, advice, and services. Suzan Fouad



Suzan Fouad has joined the Hotel / Hospitality field from year 1992 until Sept to1998 She moved to the corporate industry with Orange/ Mobinil the leading telecom / mobile firm in Egypt – from 1998 through of 2017.
Suzan graduated from the Faculty of Commerce in her homeland “Sudan”, then moved to Egypt in 1988. Started her career as an Admin Assistant and progressed along the years reaching the Managerial post at the largest Corporate Telecommunication Companies in Egypt.
